How does NYTW develop and produce new work? Now you can find out!

This season, New York Theatre Workshop inaugurates a new program called CASEBOOK.

This 10-week course offers participants the opportunity to meet and interact
with the artists who are creating a new play – while they are creating it.
Participants will meet with the playwrights, director, and actors; have the
opportunity to tour backstage with the designers while the set is being built;
observe rehearsals in process, in the rehearsal room and during tech; attend an
early preview performance with a post-show discussion, and then come back for
Opening Night to see the final piece. Even better than being a “fly on the
wall,” participants will engage with the collaborators from the beginning of
rehearsal through the Opening Night celebration.
